This has been, to put it mildly, a rough couple of weeks. We're hoping that this entire year is dedicated to paying off the karmic debt accumulated by the miracle of the Chunky Monkey's birth. We're hoping that this year is NOT dedicated to paying of the 'carmic' debt accumulated by my innate ability to find fantastic parking spots. Every. Damn. Time. It's like, where was I when the lines were forming for Earthly feats and abilities? Playing a divinely ironic D&D game? My twenties can be used elsewhere, thank you very much. *sigh*

I was able to finagle a rare day off on Saturday. The family loaded up the truck after Snickerdoodle's soccer game and off we drove to a pumpkin patch! Wheelbarrows, pumpkins, a hay maze, apple cider, and the unmistakable smell of cow manure wafting on the breeze. *inhale, exhale* Hhhhh ahhh....
Looks like "wizard" is indeed gender neutral. Congratulations, Chunky Monkey. I wasn't sure witch one to use...
